We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants who take pride in creating beautiful environments, have an eye for detail and understand that exceptional guest experiences begin long before a guest arrives.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, presentation and comfort that our guests expect.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced housekeeping team, you will help prepare guest accommodation, maintain public areas and contribute to creating memorable stays for every guest who visits Finn Lough.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and servicing guest accommodation, including Bubble Domes, Suites, Villas and Cabins
• Cleaning and maintaining public areas across the resort
• Assisting with laundry operations and linen management
• Ensuring accommodation and guest spaces are presented to the highest standards
• Reporting maintenance concerns and guest-related issues promptly
• Supporting colleagues across the housekeeping operation
• Contributing to a positive guest experience through attention to detail and pride in your work

Previous housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential. We value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.

A Unique Working Environment

Finn Lough is not a traditional hotel environment. This role involves working across multiple accommodation areas and guest spaces throughout the resort. Housekeeping team members use resort vehicles and golf buggies as part of their daily operation.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an outdoor hospitality environment and in varying weather conditions throughout the year.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operation and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the estate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading a team, and taking ownership of a diverse and dynamic environment.

The Role

As Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day maintenance operation across the resort, managing both preventative and reactive maintenance activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and guest experience.

You will coordinate a small maintenance team, manage contractors and suppliers, oversee water systems and spa infrastructure, and play a key role in maintaining the estate to an exceptional standard.

This is a practical leadership role that requires strong organisation, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership

• Lead, coordinate, and support the maintenance team.
• Allocate tasks and manage daily priorities.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance support.
• Foster a positive, accountable team culture.

Maintenance & Facilities Management

• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the estate.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Water Systems & Spa Facilities

• Take responsibility for the safe operation and monitoring of resort water systems.
• Oversee water testing, compliance, and record keeping.
• Ensure all spa and leisure facilities meet required standards and regulations.

Contractor & Supplier Management

• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Source materials and services cost-effectively.
• Maintain inventory systems and stock control processes.
• Monitor budgets and project costs.

Operational Support

• Work closely with Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and senior leadership teams.
• Prioritise maintenance issues that impact guests.
• Support ongoing improvement projects across the resort.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, or Team Lead role
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A proactive, organised approach to maintenance planning.
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and budgets.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A full driving licence.

Desirable Experience

It would be advantageous if you have:

• Hospitality, hotel, resort, or leisure industry experience.
• Experience with water systems, legionella control, or spa facilities.
• Knowledge of pool plant, heating systems, access control systems, EV chargers, or commercial equipment.
• A trade background in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or joinery work.
• Project management experience.

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role supports the upkeep of our accommodation, grounds, and facilities to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Duties:

• General maintenance and repairs (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.)
• Groundskeeping and landscaping duties
• Assisting with preventative maintenance checks and logistics across the property
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met

Requirements:

• Practical, pro-active, well-organised and fit for the outdoors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends are required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills
• Cultural awareness and customer focused mindset
• At least 1 year maintenance experience in a commercial setting
• Availability over the weekends and some evenings.
• Valid Driver's license

Beneficial:

• Previous experience in hospitality or resort maintenance.
• Familiarity with the systems and equipment in use at Finn Lough (heatboss, salto, spa equipment, water pumps, heatpumps, burners, car chargers, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment).
• Experience with boats, water sport equipment, vehicles, gof buggies, hot tubs, saunas, wellness facilities

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our Casual Event Crew. This is a flexible, as-needed role supporting weddings, corporate events, retreats and special occasions throughout the year.

What you'll do

As part of our Event Crew, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly by supporting our Operations team with duties such as:

• Setting up event spaces before guests arrive
• Serving food and beverages professionally and efficiently
• Clearing tables and maintaining high presentation standards
• Assisting with bar service where required
• Supporting room resets and event breakdown after functions
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with luggage and escorting guests to venues/accommodation

What we're looking for

• Passionate about hospitality with a friendly, approachable and professional demeanour, engaging with guests at every opportunity
