Our kitchen team take locally sourced, seasonal produce and create a dining experience that highlights the provenance and quality of Irish fare. A dining experience at Lasair brings our guests small, sharing plates which feature bold flavours. We create dishes that playfully combine our sensory memories in new and unexpected ways, making each dish perfect to share, taste and enjoy.

Lounging by the lake is the ideal way to wile away the day, loaf out on the water side deck or maybe take a quick dip. This is our summertime retreat, our place by the shore to soak up the Irish sunshine.
The Bay is the perfect waterside location for private parties and events. Get in touch for details.

Find your Quiet Corner
The House Bar is open for drinks until 11pm, no reservation required. Find a cosy corner and get comfortable to enjoy a wide range of speciality drinks and cocktails. Our bar list is our outlet for creative minds, local produce and hours spent in the forests, foraging and harvesting. We also offer gin, wine and whiskey tastings so you can explore our extensive library of tipples.
Feeling a bit peckish? Snacks and nibbles are available 4-9.
In our House bar you also find our Vintage Cinema where you can relax and enjoy our evening movie at 9pm, with popcorn and perhaps a seasonal cocktail.

The last harvest of fruiting vegetables has come but you can still enjoy our produce from our market garden and polytunnels. Soon leafy greens and herbs will cover our outdoor spaces as we await another growing season. The growth of micro greens and herbs are thriving in our little tunnel year around so expect explosions of greens and flavours on our Irish small plates, inspired by the cuisine of the world.
